A R T + W O R D S: General Terms:

I prefer to work with each prospective client here and develope a estimate of hours and expenses depending on the specific project posting scope and requirements.

Larger projects: I prefer to recieve a retainer in the escrow account with an agreement of scope in place and to invoice monthly, based on tasks, percentage completed and deliverables.

Hourly consultations are billed at negotiated rates and payable upon completion.

Additional terms and payment schedules can be arranged.

Standard Payment Terms:

Typically, one half of the total agreed fee to start the Project (placed in Escrow) and Final payment (based on mutually approved project schedule milestones) is due at completion of the project.
