Work Terms

Availability: I work Monday–Saturday, IST (GMT+5:30), typically responding within a few hours during business hours. For urgent matters, I'm reachable outside standard hours as well.

Communication: I prefer clear, upfront project scoping before work begins. I provide regular progress updates and am comfortable with chat, or video calls depending on your preference.

Payment Terms: For projects under 20 hours, I require 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For larger or ongoing projects, I work on milestone-based or bi-weekly payments through Guru's SafePay. Hourly work is billed and invoiced weekly.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround depends on project scope — I'll provide a clear timeline estimate after reviewing your requirements. I don't commit to deadlines I can't realistically meet.

Revisions: I include reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Changes beyond original scope will be discussed and quoted separately before starting.
