Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation
o Standard working hours are Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (GMT+6).
o Work outside these hours, including weekends and holidays, may be accommodated upon prior agreement.
2. Communication
o All official communication shall be conducted through the Guru.com Message Board for transparency and record-keeping.
o Additional communication via Email, Zoom, or WhatsApp may be arranged as required.
o Response time is typically within 12–24 hours.
3. Payment Terms
o All payments must be processed exclusively through Guru SafePay (Escrow) in accordance with Guru.com policies.
o Payment structures may be milestone-based, hourly, weekly, or per-project, subject to mutual agreement prior to commencement of work.
o Work will not commence until the agreed milestone or project payment has been funded in SafePay.
4. Revisions and Deliverables
o Reasonable revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction, provided they remain within the original project scope.
o Additional revisions or scope changes will require a written agreement and may incur additional charges.
o Deliverables will be submitted strictly in accordance with the agreed timeline and format.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
o All project-related information, documentation, and data shared by the client shall be treated as strictly confidential.
o No client information will be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Deadlines and Commitments
o Project deadlines will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
o In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery, the client will be notified promptly with a proposed revised timeline.
7. Termination of Agreement
o Either party may terminate the project with written notice through the Guru platform.
o In such cases, the client shall compensate for all completed and approved work up to the termination date.
