Established in 2011. Our initial strategy was to infiltrate the contact centre space through our online coaching & training tools.

Since then we've broadened our value proposition by offering online coaching, business consulting and business process management services locally & internationally.

We deliver lead generation & permission based email marketing services to 3 different clients. This 10 year relationship with our client, started in 2003 when the current CEO, Clint Crowster, was head of the sales operation at the then, internationally acclaimed contact centre & business process outsourcer, Dialogue Group. We also became the official outsourced partner for the Green Building Counsil of SA & CANSA.

askOsca has since delivered contact centre consulting for Serco Global Services in SA, coaching & development for Niche Communications, a UK based company in SA. We've facitated and implemented sales training programmes to Santam's outbound, commercial & inbound sales teams, as well as Direct Axis outbound sales teams & Harambee.

Our CEO's international experience in running contact centres for Dialogue, WNS & Serco Global Services has guaranteed the retention and meritorious service delivery for all our clients.

We're currently based in Cape Town, South Africa.

askOsca tripled its seat capacity in the space of just 6 months.

We have the capability to service inbound and outbound activity. We are able to call on other industry leaders if need be, to outsource any facet of the business to ensure we run an efficient and cost effective campaign for our clients.
