I have built my career on a simple insight: transformation only succeeds when people truly adopt change. With over 20 years of global experience, he became known not just for delivering projects, but for ensuring they created lasting impact.

Starting in early ERP and SAP transformations across organizations like BP and British Airways, I saw firsthand how initiatives often failed not due to technology, but because of poor adoption. This shaped his focus on the human side of change, where he began designing structured training, engagement strategies, and leadership alignment approaches that turned resistance into momentum.

At Al Muhaidib Group, I transformed inefficient processes by aligning systems, roles, and behaviors—cutting payroll processing from 20 days to 5 and unlocking significant cost savings. His ability to connect strategy with execution quickly positioned him for more complex global programs.

Working across SABIC and SAP environments, I led high-stakes transformations, including M&A integrations and digital rollouts. By embedding governance, analytics, and stakeholder alignment, he improved adoption rates, reduced errors, and delivered measurable operational gains.

In the UK, he supported organizations transitioning to hybrid work, integrating Agile methods and digital collaboration tools to improve readiness, engagement, and resilience.

At Emirates Airlines, I led multiple large-scale initiatives impacting over 3,000 employees, introducing data-driven change practices that improved decision-making and delivered substantial efficiency gains.

Most recently at NEOM, I helped shape transformation across 11 business units, implementing Agile change frameworks, digital learning ecosystems, and real-time analytics—driving over 80% adoption and significantly accelerating delivery.
