Drew is an all-in-one branded entertainment and creative solution. He has never missed a deadline or a revenue goal and has worked with the greatest entertainment, marketing and consumer brands in the world.

Stepek is known for his strengths in creative management, idea conceptualization and design. He has have grown from my humble beginnings as an editor of a magazine called "Film Threat" to become a Writer/Producer for the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Saturday Night Live, to the Writer/Senior Producer for ESPN, to the Content Director for Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Over the past thirteen years, he has pushed all of his creative skills toward furthering integrated marketing and branded entertainment after becoming the Concept Creative Director at branded entertainment agency Davie Brown Entertainment. As a matter of fact, he created both an integrated marketing process, and a proprietary integration methodology and formula. He has applied these techniques to help refine the world of digital media, becoming the Head of Branded Entertainment at Machinima, the Creative Director at Awesomeness, and currently, the Head of Integrated Marketing at All Def.

Drew is also an award-winning horror author. His first novel Godless was published on June 6th, 2006. His second novel, Knuckle Supper published on November 16th, 2010 was awarded the Independent Publishers' Gold Medal for the Best Horror Novel of 2011. In 2018, I released a sequel, Knuckle Balled and it is the most decorated horror novel of 2018, winning eight awards.
