Work Terms

Communication & Availability

All project communication is handled exclusively through Guru.com.

I respond within 12–24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Live sessions (language classes or holistic guidance) are scheduled in advance.

Project Scope & Deliverables

Clear scope, objectives, and timeline must be defined before starting.

Revisions included: 1–2 rounds, depending on project size.

Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

Payments & Rates

All payments are processed through Guru’s SafePay system.

Work begins once SafePay is funded.

Hourly or fixed-price model available depending on project type.

Turnaround Time

Standard delivery: 24–72 hours, depending on complexity.

Urgent or same-day delivery available with rush fee.

Confidentiality

All documents, recordings, and personal information remain strictly confidential.
