Work Terms

I believe successful projects start with clear communication, defined expectations, and agreed-upon deliverables.

Availability:
Monday–Friday, with reasonable flexibility for project deadlines and scheduled meetings. I communicate regularly throughout active projects and provide progress updates when appropriate.

Communication:
I prefer project communication through Guru so requirements, feedback, approvals, and deliverables remain organized and documented.

Project Process:
1. Review project requirements and objectives
2. Confirm scope, deliverables, timeline, and milestones
3. Begin work after the agreed milestone/payment terms are established
4. Provide concepts or progress updates as appropriate
5. Complete agreed revisions
6. Deliver final approved files or completed solution

Revisions:
Revision terms are established before the project begins and depend on the scope of work. Additional work or major changes outside the original scope may require an additional milestone.

Payment:
Fixed-price projects should use agreed milestones through Guru. Hourly projects are billed according to the approved project terms.

Turnaround:
Delivery times depend on project complexity. Smaller design projects may be completed within a few business days, while branding, website, and AI automation projects require timelines based on scope.

My goal is to provide professional work, dependable communication, and a straightforward project experience from beginning to final delivery.
