Customer service and sales facilitation professional with over 16 years of corporate experience.

Out of 16 years of corporate work experience, 9 years have been in sales and business support, handling multiple customers and business facilitation. Core work included pre & post sales support, client management, issue resolution in business operations, business facilitation and operations and handling accounts payables and receivables, interfacing between clients, business/sales teams, delivery team and other internal stakeholders.

Currently I am working as a freelancer with an IT service company to help them with their content, digital marketing and sales support.

I give in my 100% all the time, every time each day at work. I consider myself extremely diligent, dedicated, self motivated and accountable for my actions at work. I am truly passionate about work and believe in my abilities to make a positive difference to the world around me.

I would like to invest more time at work and I am looking for a platform which encourages remote working and freelance working. Looking forward to having fruitful engagements through this platform.
