• Amity Vargas – Owner/Director of Business Development - Personal Mission Statement: "It is my goal to inspire as a leader, live a balanced life driven by my love of family, and apply ethical principles to make a significant difference for our clients and our community."
• Dick Wagner – Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Proposal Management -
After a 22 year career in the Air Force Dick Wagner joined the DoD contracting world where his career spanned over 24 years and included positions such as the Director of Network Centric Operations at USNORTHCOM. Dick has worked as a Program Manager at the Aerospace Fusion Center (AFC) and a Senior Systems Engineer for a C2BMC program.
• Rhynel Evans – Human Resource (HR) & Recruiting Lead - Rhynel has worked in management & HR for over 18 years. She holds her SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification.
• Heather Jefferson – Proposal Support & Event Management
• Jorge Vargas – Information Technology (IT) Management
• Briana Legaspi – Social Media Coordinator & Administrative Support
• We also have other freelance support team members in the marketing/content writing, proposal support, and contract support areas.
