I’m a Project and Provisioning Coordinator with over 11 years of experience in the telecommunications and BPO industry. I hold a degree in Information Technology from STI College Novaliches, which gave me a strong foundation in technical systems and processes.

I started my career as a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills by helping customers with technical issues, billing, and service inquiries. This role taught me how to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.

Currently, I’ve worked at Orro Group Phils, a telecom solutions provider, managing projects from start to finish. I handle everything from procurement, planning and scheduling to coordinating with teams, tracking progress, and making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. I work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep everything on track.

I’m organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple tasks. I enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.

Outside of work, I spend time with my kids, play online games, and stay active through exercise.
