Client Servicing/Account Management:

Team Handling:
Leading an internal team of 20 recruiters with 3 Team Leads

Souring/Recruitment: Sourcing, screening & interviewing the profiles and handling end-to-end Recruitment cycle. Evaluation parameter includes but not limited to sourcing, detailed screening of the resume, interviewing, checking location preference, interest level, salary expectations, objective etc.

Reporting:
Providing a weekly and monthly progress report to higher management

Training & Guidance:
Providing training to fresh graduates hired as trainee recruiters/junior recruiters making them aware of recruitment process & methodologies.

Specialties:
Extensive experience in preliminary interviewing, screening, shortlisting candidates with proper rate negotiation to ensure that they meet client’s requirement. Correspondence with the clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
