Work Terms
Payment Structure
Projects can be executed on a fixed-price (milestone-based) or hourly basis, depending on scope.
All fixed-price projects will be divided into milestones, and each milestone must be funded before work begins.
Hourly consulting is billed with a minimum of 1 hour.
Scope of Work
Work scope will be clearly defined and agreed upon before project initiation.
Any additional requirements or changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new task and charged separately.
Milestones & Delivery
Fixed-price projects will follow milestone-based delivery such as:
Requirement understanding / data review
Analysis and troubleshooting support
Final report / solution / training delivery
Deliverables will be shared after completion of each milestone.
Revisions Policy
Up to 2 revisions are included per project/milestone.
Additional revisions or major changes will be charged separately.
Communication & Availability
Communication via Guru platform, email, or scheduled calls.
Response time: within 24 hours.
For live troubleshooting sessions, prior scheduling is required.
Confidentiality
All client information, data, and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
Payment Security
Work will be initiated only after the milestone is funded in SafePay.
Final deliverables will be shared upon completion of payment.
