Work Terms

We operate with a structured and transparent workflow designed to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Availability:
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (WAT). Flexible for international clients across time zones.

Communication:
We maintain clear and consistent communication through Slack, Zoom, or client-preferred platforms. Regular progress updates and milestone reviews are standard.

Project Approach:
All projects begin with requirement analysis and scope definition. We follow a milestone-based execution model, ensuring visibility and control throughout the development or implementation lifecycle.

Payment Terms:

Fixed projects: Milestone-based payments
Hourly projects: Weekly billing
Long-term support: Retainer-based agreements available

Turnaround Time:
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, but we prioritize efficiency without compromising quality.

Support & Maintenance:
Post-delivery support, system monitoring, and maintenance services are available to ensure long-term system performance and reliability.
