Work Terms

Working hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Local Time).Response window: Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.
Billing cycle: Invoices are sent on the final Friday of each month.Due date: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Deposit: A 50% upfront retainer is required before new project work begins.
Payment Terms Hourly rate: Short-term or ad-hoc tasks are billed at a rate of $15 per hour.Long-term rate: Retainer contracts require a minimum commitment of 35 hours per month at a discounted rate of $10 per hour.
