Work Terms

1. Project Approach & Milestones
I prefer working with a Milestone-based system to ensure transparency and trust. A typical project is divided into:

Discovery & Design: Reviewing requirements and finalizing the UI/UX direction.

Development: Building the core functionality and responsive layouts.

Testing & Review: Ensuring the site is bug-free and optimized for speed.

Deployment & Handover: Launching the site and providing documentation.

2. Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: I require a 25-50% deposit (escrow) before starting work. Remaining payments are released upon completion of agreed-upon milestones.

Hourly Projects: Accurate time-tracking with weekly updates on progress.

3. Revisions Policy
To ensure complete satisfaction, I offer 2-3 rounds of revisions for free. Major changes in project scope after development has started may require a separate agreement or additional fee.

4. Communication
Responsiveness: I am available for messages throughout the week and guarantee a response within 12–24 hours.

Updates: You will receive regular status updates or video walkthroughs (Loom) so you can see the progress in real-time.

5. Handover & Support
Code Access: Full source code transfer via GitHub/Bitbucket or ZIP file.

Support: I provide 14 days of free post-launch support to fix any bugs or technical issues related to my code.
