I take my work in Architecture very seriously, and I promise to dedicate enough time and effort in order to get any job done, within the time limit.
It only took a few online freelance jobs to realize that this is where I belong. I never imagined that working remotely from home would be such a pleasure. I am a junior architect, with a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Design.
The areas of my expertise are 2D drafting & 3D modeling (AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 6), and digital image & rendering (Lumion 9, Photoshop). My past freelance work includes a duplex house, a residential building extension, a house facade renovation, and an internship at a residential complex of 5 buildings.
I believe that, along with collaboration and critical thinking, communication is an essential element, when working as a freelancer. In order for a project to reach the level of expectations, I prefer to keep in contact with the client, during the process of work.
Work Terms
I am currently working as a full-time freelance architect, which gives me the opportunity to benefit from all my time and spend it working on online freelance jobs. As for the payment terms, I wouldn't mind any particular method, as long as it compensates for the work I deliver. Considering the means of communication, I would go with whatever suits the client, so basically any application would be fine, as long as I am able to stay in contact with the client during the period of work.
