Math, Bio, Code
I’m a computational biologist with over 15 years of experience applying Bayesian inference and statistical modeling to real-world data. I help clients design models, implement efficient inference algorithms, and interpret complex results clearly and accurately. My background includes a B.S. in Mathematics from UC San Diego and a Ph.D. in Biomathematics from UCLA. I’ve worked extensively with hierarchical and graphical models, probabilistic programming, and Markov chain Monte Carlo methods. Clients value my ability to bridge mathematics, biology, and programming to deliver reliable, well-documented analyses and actionable insights.
