I have been working in the Customer Service industry for more than 4 years. Majority of my work experience is a mix of inbound and outbound calls, being a technical support and also doing back office tasks like sending emails and marketing assistants to customers. I got the chance to work under the accounts of JP Morgan Chase Bank, Wayfair and Airbnb. I also worked at home as a publishing and marketing consultant with Authors from UK, USA, Australia and Canada. Prior to my Call Center experience, I have done several online jobs such as data entry, data scraping and article writing.
Working in a established call center company requires a high standard work load and for me, it helped me to always do the right thing with no excuses. I am determined and confident with the knowledge and work ethics that I have acquired from my previous experience and I can't wait to share it to the company.
