Work Terms

Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects begin with a clearly defined scope of work, outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Any changes or additions after project approval will be discussed and agreed upon through a change request before work continues.

2. Communication

We maintain open and consistent communication through email, chat, or scheduled calls.
Project updates are shared weekly or as agreed, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.

3. Timeline & Deadlines

Each project milestone will include specific due dates.
Timelines may shift slightly if client feedback or required assets are delayed.
We always aim to deliver on or before the agreed deadlines.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are milestone-based or as per the fixed-price agreement.

Upfront Deposit: 20–30% before project start.

Milestone Payments: Upon completion and approval of each stage.

Final Payment: Due before final delivery or deployment.

Late payments may delay delivery or incur additional costs if prolonged.

5. Revisions & Support

Each deliverable includes one to two rounds of revisions, depending on project scope.
Additional revisions or new feature requests can be quoted separately.
Post-delivery support is available for 7–14 days to address minor adjustments or issues.

6. Intellectual Property

Once the full payment is received, all rights and ownership of the project deliverables are transferred to the client.
AI BPO Fusion retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Confidentiality

We respect and protect all client data, ideas, and documentation.
Any shared information remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

8. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled before completion:

Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

The upfront deposit is non-refundable once project work has begun.
