Virtual Assistant/Finance

I offer three categories of service:
Virtual Assistant, Finance, Testing Coordinator

Virtual Assistant
I can take care of your bookkeeping, schedule appointments, return phone calls, answer your phone calls, manage your e-mails, make reservations, type and mail your correspondences,

Finance
Bookkeeping, accounts payable, vendor maintenance. I'm proficient with MS Office 360 and SAP.

Testing Coordinator
I can monitor testing via an online platform. I have over 5 years as a testing administrator. I've proctored testing in three different areas, K-12, College and Well Control.

Work Terms

I am always looking for long term relationships with clients.

I create all invoices through guru's Safepay and request payment be paid Guru via Safepay.

I prefer to speak to clients on at a mutually convenient time, and emails and im are welcome.
