Work Terms

I am available to provide recruitment and talent acquisition consulting services Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with an hour reserved for lunch. During these hours, I dedicate focused attention to each client engagement to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Payment Terms: My preferred payment schedule is weekly, providing a clear structure for deliverables and consistent workflow management. All projects will be set up with transparent milestones and agreed-upon outcomes at the start of the engagement. Payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system, ensuring reliability and peace of mind for both parties.

Communication Style: I primarily communicate via email, which allows me to provide organized updates, share documents efficiently, and maintain a clear record of all project-related correspondence. I am highly responsive and will ensure you receive timely answers and progress updates. For urgent or complex matters, email remains the preferred method, and I can accommodate scheduled calls if necessary, though email is the most efficient way to collaborate.
