Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Fiji Time). Messages received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. For larger projects, payment may be divided into agreed milestones.
Communication:
Preferred communication is through the Guru WorkRoom, email, or scheduled online meetings when required.
Project Requirements:
Clients are requested to provide clear project requirements, content, and necessary access before work begins.
Revisions:
Revisions and changes will be handled according to the agreed project scope.
Confidentiality:
All client information and project details will be treated professionally and confidentially.
