Hello, my name is Bianca Karoline! I am a Product Designer with over 3 years of experience creating intuitive and functional solutions, always focusing on user experience. I have worked in the financial, acquiring and pension markets, collaborating with companies such as Banco Safra, PagSeguro PagBank, Banco Itaú, Caixa Vida e Previdência and, currently, at Caixa Econômica Federal through Fóton. My work involves: 🔹 Creating flows and journeys aligned with user needs; 🔹 Usability and A/B testing to validate effective solutions; 🔹 Benchmarking and competitor analysis for strategic insights; 🔹 Accessibility (WCAG) for more inclusive products; 🔹 Prototyping and design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency. In addition to corporate work, I also contribute to the design community through volunteer projects, such as SouJunior and Mentor Cycle, reinforcing my commitment to social impact. 💡 Education and Tools Graduated in Information Technology from Univesp, I combine technical knowledge and design to create user-centered experiences. Main tools: Figma and other solutions for research and prototyping. 🌊 Outside of work, I love the beach, swimming, hiking and spending time with my family and friends.
