Work Terms
I communicate through Guru WorkRoom messages and email, with replies typically within 12–24 hours on business days. Every project starts with a short discovery phase to clarify your goals, audience, and what “success” looks like (e.g., cohesive brand system, higher‑converting social visuals).
I break work into clear milestones (discovery, design, refinement, final delivery), each with defined deliverables and deadlines. Files are delivered in industry‑standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG, etc.) and organized for web and print use.
Each milestone usually includes 2–3 focused revision rounds for refinement, not full redesigns. Additional revisions or new requests can be added as extra milestones. All payments are processed securely via Guru milestones; work begins once the first milestone is funded, and final source files are released after the last payment.
When the project is fully paid, you receive commercial rights to the final approved designs. I can sign an NDA or keep work private on request; otherwise, I may showcase selected pieces in my portfolio. My focus is long‑term partnerships and outcome‑driven design systems, not one‑off random graphics.
