Process improvement and analytics across multiple industries; UAT experience, E-time and Kronos experience.

Industries have included Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.
- Documented experience of cost savings through business team collaboration, analysis and continuous improvement.
- Experience with gathering documentation, and analyzing client requirements with standard analytic methodology; this included training documentation and training schedules
- Currently pursuing AINS and CSW certifications.
- Volunteer activities, consulting and benefits focusing on ROI and overall donor
experiences
- Project Management and Analytical Trouble Shooting; mentoring consultants where needed on large projects

Work Terms

Hours of operation can include some nights and weekends, normally 7a-7p M-F. Able to put in additional time on tight projects. Prefer communication via email, and payment via Paypal account; other arrangements can be discussed with
advance communication.
