Work Terms

📞 Communication Protocol
For clarity and project documentation, all primary communication is conducted through Guru Messages. Video calls (via Zoom) are scheduled for kick-off meetings, key milestone reviews, and project closure.

🕘 Availability & Response Time
My core operating hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT) to ensure dedicated, high-quality work. During these hours, I am highly responsive and strive to answer messages promptly. For messages received outside of my core hours, I will respond as soon as possible when I am back online. This allows me to provide you with my full attention and thoughtful input.

💳 Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: Structured with clear, pre-defined milestones for predictable budgeting and managing progress.
Hourly Projects: Work is transparently managed and billed through Guru's WorkRoom.

All payments are securely processed via Guru's SafePay system. Invoices are issued upon milestone completions or weekly for hourly projects.

📤 Delivery & Revisions
All deliverables are shared digitally through the Guru platform. Common formats include: PDF, JPEG, PNG, DWG, and PLN.

The project scope includes a defined number of revision rounds. Any additional revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately and may impact the project timeline. The project schedule is contingent on timely client feedback; delays in feedback will result in a corresponding adjustment to the delivery date.
