Scope of Work
The work will be completed according to the services and requirements agreed upon with the client.
Client Requirements
The client must provide all necessary drawings, dimensions, specifications, reference files, and other information required to complete the project.
Payment
Payment must be made according to the agreed project price and payment schedule before or upon completion of the agreed milestone.
Revisions
The agreed price includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.
Additional Work
Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee and deadline.
Delivery Time
The delivery date will depend on the project scope and the timely receipt of required information from the client.
Client Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing the submitted work and providing feedback or approval within a reasonable time.
Accuracy of Information
The freelancer will prepare the work based on the information and documents provided by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied.
Confidentiality
Client documents, drawings, and project information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be based on the status of the project and the amount of work already completed.
Final Deliverables
Final files will be provided in the format agreed upon before starting the project.
Changes to Terms
Any changes to the agreed scope, price, or deadline should be confirmed by both the client and freelancer before proceeding.
