1.Schedule an Appointment
On our first meeting, we will learn about your business aspiration & workflow process which we could possibly perform quickly and accurately.
2.Proposal and Agreement
Get a detailed proposal for the Team that you want to build. Once you approved the proposal, we will proceed with the contract signing.
3.Recruitment: (or Available Staff)
Once the service agreement has been signed, we will start recruitment and our assessment methods are avant- garde. We let our client conduct the final interview.
Your team should familiarize their tasks and jobs. We train them from your business information, products and services, behavior, workflows and your business goals. And we do the kick off on the last day of training. We invite our clients for this event.
Your Team will start to work for your company. With one goal objectives and one mission- and it should work the way you want them to be. We will also provide a client liaison and support for the entire partnership.
6.Management and Performance Reviews
