Computer programmer with experience in all phases of web and database application development life cycle including full stack e-commerce, quality assurance load testing, database, data warehouse, data-mining, data cleaning and scraping in the finance, transportation and telecom industry.

Work Terms
You can pay for services in a number of ways:
• Flat fee: You’ll pay an agreed-upon rate on a fixed schedule.
• Hourly: You’ll pay an hourly rate for work completed; minimal rates or deposits may be required.
Work load and schedule is flexible 20 to 30 hrs a week upon agreed milestones, preferably eastern US time.
Freelance shall invoice Client, for projects under $10,000, 50% at net 10 days upon commencement of the project for fees and Expenses and 50% due net 21 days upon completion of the project; for projects over $10,000, regular payments at agreed upon milestones of the project.
