Work Terms
Operational Hours:
As a freelance consultant, I maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate the needs of my clients. I am available for project work during standard business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays, with the ability to adjust my schedule as required to meet deadlines or address time-sensitive matters. I am also open to working evenings or weekends when necessary to ensure the successful completion of a project.
Payment Terms:
I operate on a project-based pricing model. Upon agreement of the project scope and deliverables, I will provide a detailed cost estimate upfront. My standard payment terms are 30% deposit due upon project initiation, with the remaining 70% due upon successful completion and client acceptance of the final deliverables.
I accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, PayPal, etc. Invoices are sent on a monthly basis, with net 30 payment terms. In the event of any changes to the project scope or timeline, I am happy to discuss revised pricing and payment schedules to ensure a mutually agreeable arrangement.
Communication Preferences:
I am open to communicating with clients through a variety of channels that best fit their preferences and workflow. This includes video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), WhatsApp, and any other digital communication platforms that may be suitable.
I prioritize frequent and transparent communication throughout the duration of a project. This includes providing regular progress updates, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner, and being available for ad-hoc discussions as needed. My goal is to maintain a collaborative partnership with my clients, ensuring we are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
