Work Terms
Communication
All communication will take place through Guru’s Workroom.
I respond to messages within 24 hours (often sooner).
Project updates are provided regularly based on the agreed schedule.
Project Scope
A clear scope of work will be defined before the project begins.
Any additional features or tasks requested beyond the original scope may require a revised quote or milestone.
Payments
All payments must be made through Guru’s Safe Pay system.
Work begins once the agreed milestone or full project amount is safely funded.
For hourly projects, time logs will be provided for transparency.
Revisions
Revisions related to the agreed project requirements are included.
Additional revisions or new requests may be billed separately.
Delivery
Delivery timelines will be outlined and honored unless delays arise from required client feedback or materials.
Completed work will be handed over in the required format (files, reports, credentials, etc.).
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide:
Content, images, and relevant materials
Timely feedback to keep the project on schedule
Access to hosting, website backend, or other systems when necessary
Confidentiality
All project information, files, and credentials will be kept strictly confidential.
Security best practices are followed in all handling of client data.
Support
Short-term support is included after project completion (duration depends on the service).
Long-term support and maintenance are available through a separate plan if needed.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives complete rights to the delivered work unless otherwise specified.
