Work Terms
Flexible hours if working remotely. If working on-site, prefer normal business hours, but can be flexible given enough advance warning. Preferred payment method is 1/2 on signing and 1/2 on completion net 30 days. 2% late fee will be changed monthly if they payment is delayed. Communication route varies depending upon the complexity of the message. For simple communication, prefer e-mail or text.
