I'm an experienced mechanical engineer with a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering & Management from McMaster University in Canada. I'm also the owner and principal engineer at Riganelli Design. I've designed and built mechanical and mechatronic systems including CNC machines, automation equipment, consumer products, gauges, fixtures, and more. I've designed castings, forgings, weldments, sheet metal parts, machined parts, plastic injection moulded parts, 3D printed parts, complex assemblies... the list goes on! We also have a small machine shop where we manufacture some of the smaller projects we design if you need a design-build solution. For larger projects, we have relationships with larger machine shops, fabricators, foundries, and suppliers.

We can provide engineering support including calculations, FEA (finite element analysis), CFD (computational fluid dynamics), process analysis, reverse engineering, and design evaluations. We use professional 3D design and analysis software, and generate clear and accurate drawings. Complex designs feature an easy to read bill of materials and assembly instructions. We can also produce photorealistic renders and animations for marketing materials or design communication.
