Hi! I started my career in IT auditing, which sharpened my attention to detail and gave me a solid tech foundation. Later on, I found my groove in customer service, where I’ve spent the past 2 years handling over 50+ calls a day, helping customers with everything from orders, basic troubleshooting to account concerns. It taught me patience, empathy, and how to stay calm under pressure.

I believe in making people feel heard, even in a fast-paced environment. I value clear communication, consistency, and a touch of humor—it makes the day better for everyone! I received multiple awards as a Top Performer with this skills I have.

Outside of work, I’m a music lover! I sing, play the ukulele, dabble in makeup looks, and occasionally post fun stuff on TikTok. I love swimming, surfing, and surrounding myself with good vibes and people who laugh a lot.

Work Terms

Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+8 / Philippine Time).
Open to flexible or weekend hours depending on project needs. I can adjust to your country time.
