Accounting specialist/Product Researcher

I am Cecilio June O. Espadilla I, a BS Management Accounting graduate. I have/had experiences in accounting/finance and customer support representative. I have knowledge as Product researcher in Amazon US.

I had accounting/finance works for more than four years and 1 year customer support as follows:

a.) Accounting Staff-handles bank reconciliation, payroll entries, booking of Receiving Reports (supplies, material, equipment, etc.), booking of collection, and many more.

b.) Customer Service Representative-Billing Chat Support : Handles billing inquiries, payment and answer general queries of the customer.

c.) Account Receivable Incharge- Handles all Account Receivable from customer. Update Peachtree accounting system of all payments, adjustments, returns, and all activity pertaining to customer's account that need to consider.

d.) Assistant Treasury Supervisor-Handles all Treasury functions like all Cash Reconciliation, Takeout of Sales, Change fund, Sales Reporting, Check releasing, and other activities that deemed considering.

e.) Accounting Analyst (salesbook)- handles and update all cash and cash related account into the oracle accounting system. Prepare balance sheet for all cash and cash related accounts. do the bank reconciliation, and check/validate daily cash report and daily sales settlement report.

f.) And Accounting Staff (Property Custodian)-Handle and monitor fixed assets, accountable forms, and other activities assigned by management.
