I'm currently working full-time in one of the fastest Real Estate Developer in Davao City, Philippines. Working in this company is a great experience especially that the company gives its employees all the necessary materials to succeed. I am directly reporting to the President/Owner of the company. Since it is a performance based company, I am directly evaluated by the President.
My job description is Sales&Marketing Officer, I’m responsible of designing our marketing collateral (brochures,banners,e-packaged materials, billboard, site hoarding, website, etc.), marketing plan and execution, maintain internal and external relations, provide accurate information to clients during reservation, product knowledge to agents/brokers, sales assessment, Inventory control, and events management.
Aside from this I am also the after sales/customer care of the company; I handle all clients’ concerns after loan takeout. Which means processing of unit turnover to clients and assuring that there concerns are addressed accordingly is my responsibility as well as property management.
I believe in camaraderie and TEAMWORK, it is my mantra that it is foolish to ever assume that one can achieve great things alone.
