What makes me a great coach isn't just what I've studied—it's what I’ve lived. I’ve spent over 30 years in human capital strategy, leadership development, and executive coaching. I climbed the federal career ladder from a GS-3 to a GS-15 management official, leading strategic initiatives across more than 15 federal agencies. My last federal salary was $190K, but I left the system not to retire—but to realign. Now, as the founder of @CHOICE Coaching | Consulting, I help powerhouse women like myself rewrite what success feels like—not just what it looks like on paper.

My coaching lens is shaped by both structure and soul. I’m a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 3,500 coaching hours, and I specialize in working with high-achieving, six-figure women—especially those recovering from burnout, navigating life transitions, or healing from narcissistic exposure. I also hold space for dual-cultured women of color navigating global careers while staying rooted in non-Western traditions. I understand the complexity because I live it.

My values are woven into every conversation I hold:

2. Reclamation—helping women return to themselves, not just reinvent themselves.

I’ve been described as a DIVA Whisperer and Transformation Catalyst. I own that. I coach with a rare blend of emotional bravery and strategic clarity. Clients trust me to name what they’ve struggled to articulate—like the invisible cost of excellence or the exhaustion of being the strong one. I don’t flinch when tears come. I honor them. I don’t push hustle. I invite alignment.

Outside of coaching, I’m a lifelong learner and a creative spirit. I curate playlists that heal and empower (because music is medicine), indulge in journaling and tea rituals, and believe in joy as a daily practice. My mornings often begin with meditation and a quick dance break—I call it “activating my vibration.” I’m also the one at brunch who will tell the whole table to pause and reflect on their deepest desire—just because I believe in moments that wake the soul.

One of my favorite personal mantras came from my father: “Get on the good foot.” It reminds me to lead with courage and stay in motion, even when the next step isn’t clear.

The work I do isn’t just professional—it’s sacred. My coaching isn’t transactional. It’s transformational. My clients don’t just meet goals—they meet themselves. Fully. Finally. Fiercely.

Hours: Monday & Wednesday 2pm-10pm EST, Thursday & Friday 10am-10pm EST. Payment in full, Coach financing available.
