I've been working remotely for the past 5 years. I have experience working in an online website for a couple of years. I am interested to have a job activity within a company which could offer me professional development as well. I am well experienced and knowledgeable in servicing customers over the phone, chat, and email. I have experience both inbound and outbound calls, customer service, technical support, sales and marketing, order processing, purchasing and shipping process, and being a personal assistant to the American/European/Asian clients.
