Work Terms
**Professional Engagement**
All engagements begin with a brief consultation to define objectives, success criteria, and scope. My work is outcome-focused and structured around measurable communication improvement.
**Availability**
I work with a limited number of clients to ensure quality and preparation. Sessions and meetings are scheduled in alignment with Central European Time (CET).
**Fees & Payment Structure**
• Coaching and consulting engagements are prepaid via Payoneer.
• Fixed projects are milestone-based, with 50% commencement and 50% completion terms (unless otherwise agreed).
• Ongoing corporate support is available on retainer.
My pricing reflects professional expertise, business insight, and high-level delivery standards.
**Revisions & Deliverables**
Narration and content projects include agreed revisions within scope. Coaching engagements include structured feedback, implementation frameworks, and follow-up action points.

Client confidentiality is strictly maintained. I operate with discretion, punctuality, and executive-level professionalism at all times.
