I am a seasoned visionary and strategic leader with over 25 years of hands-on SAP experience, specializing in SAP FICO and Project Systems (PS). I excel in translating complex business processes into efficient and scalable SAP solutions that align with both strategic and operational goals. My core strengths include functional configuration, system enhancement, and the full lifecycle implementation of SAP systems. I have successfully led eight complete SAP implementation cycles, from Blueprint through Go-Live and post-production support, with deep experience across multiple releases including SAP (4.5B, 4.7, 6.0) and S/4HANA (1709, 1809, 1909, 2020, 2021,2022).
My SAP expertise spans the Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, with specialized knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), New Asset Accounting, Investment Measures, New General Ledger (New GL), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR 1.3). I have in-depth experience in product costing for Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, and Engineer-to-Order environments, including mixed costing, co-/by-product costing, transfer pricing, actual costing, and Material Ledger. Additionally, I bring strong capabilities in cost center accounting, variance/WIP settlements for both discrete and mass manufacturing, split valuation, and COPA profitability analysis.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for SAP configuration, training development, testing (unit, integration, regression), data conversions, and designing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and system enhancements. I’ve played a key role in resolving SAP production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating closely with finance teams to implement corrective actions. I also work effectively with both management and end users to drive change, monitor issue resolution, and deliver end-user training.
Notably, I was a key contributor to the successful merger and acquisition integration between Raytheon and Hughes Aircraft. I have participated in cross-functional integration test teams, supporting full end-to-end testing across FI, CO, SD, MM, HR, PS, PP, and PM modules. My technical testing expertise includes proficiency with HP Quality Center (Test Director). I hold certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma, and I bring practical experience with Agile methodologies and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
