I’m a software engineer and AI enthusiast from Malawi with a deep passion for transforming data into actionable insights. My journey began with a fascination for technology and problem-solving, which led me to explore Machine Learning, AI, and data analysis. Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Malawi Time (CAT, UTC+2). Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day. Urgent requests can be accommodated by prior agreement.

2. Communication:
Preferred communication is via Guru messages. For complex projects, email or video calls can be arranged. I provide regular updates on progress to ensure alignment with project goals.

3. Payment Terms:
Payment is required through Guru before work begins. For custom projects, a deposit may be requested upfront. Final delivery is made only after full payment is confirmed.

4. Revisions:
Minor revisions are included to ensure the deliverables meet your expectations. Major changes outside the original project scope will require a separate agreement.

5. Delivery:
Projects are delivered according to the timeline agreed upon for your chosen package. Deliverables may include code, AI/ML models, dashboards, reports, or APIs.

6. Confidentiality:
All client data, models, and project details are strictly confidential. No information will be shared or reused without your consent.

7. Refund Policy:
Full refund if canceled before work begins. Partial refund (up to 50%) if canceled after work has started. Revisions are provided for errors or unmet requirements before any refund.

8. Ownership:
You retain full ownership of all deliverables once payment is complete. Anonymized samples may be used for my portfolio only with client consent.
