Work Terms

hours of operation: I work on a contractual basis - meaning we will agree before finalizing our contract when I will be available. After that initial agreement, any change to my availability (regardless of if it is you or if it is me needing the change) will require a contract renegotiation and an agreement by both parties just so that everyone is on the same page. Payment is through the guru platform - this is non negotiable, violating this violates Guru Terms of Service. I'm pretty flexible otherwise!
