Hands on customer service executive with battle scars to prove it

Retired from the Army as a Lt. Colonel age 42. Spent next 16 years as a hands-on customer service leader in multiple verticals (cable, healthcare, financial services). Recently exited a company I helped launch and grow to ~2000 employees before selling to a large publicly help BPO company in India.

Lots of experience in multi-channel customer care environments as a captive leader and vendor general manager. Many years in India, Philippines, Latin America and other offshore destinations.

Too much energy left to completely retire. Want to help other companies improve customer service operations and also drive improvement to broader business goals.

Work Terms

It's more about the project than the $ at this stage of life. The thornier the problem the more excited I am to dig-in and help. Enjoy identifying process improvement opportunities, helping craft outsourcing strategy, third party vendor assessments and due diligence.
