Hi, I’m Amaka, a detail-loving, highly organized Virtual Assistant who thrives on helping busy professionals bring calm to their chaos.

My journey into virtual assistance started from a natural love for organization and supporting others. I’ve always been that person who creates to-do lists, organizes inboxes for fun, and enjoys bringing structure to scattered schedules. After earning my degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Calabar, I realized I had a strong passion for administrative work and remote support, so I decided to pivot and fully embrace freelancing as a Virtual Assistant.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation

I am available:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT / GMT+1)
4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)
1:00 AM – 9:00 AM (PST)
Occasional weekend support is available upon request for urgent tasks.

I respond to messages within 24 hours or less during working days.

Payment Terms
Hourly and Fixed-Price Projects Accepted
For fixed-price jobs, payments are preferred through Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency.
I require milestone payments for long-term or multi-phase projects.
For hourly work, minimum billing is 1 hour.
