GIS, Remote Sensing, and Location Intelligence—Built for Real-World Impact
Cartolytic was founded to help organizations make better decisions using location-based data. After years of delivering GIS and remote sensing work across real estate, infrastructure, and environmental projects, I built Cartolytic as a focused geospatial consultancy that combines analytical rigor with practical business outcomes.
From the beginning, the mission has been simple: turn complex spatial datasets—demographics, zoning, parcels, utilities, mobility, environmental constraints, and satellite imagery—into clear insights that teams can act on. Cartolytic supports clients with market screening and site selection, territory and trade-area analysis, risk and suitability mapping, and automated geospatial pipelines that keep datasets current and reusable over time.
As the company grew, Cartolytic expanded into climate and Nature-Based Solutions work, supporting REDD+/ARR initiatives with land-cover change analysis, baseline and monitoring workflows, and remote sensing-based assessments aligned with recognized standards such as VERRA MRV principles. Today, Cartolytic serves clients internationally, with a strong track record on U.S.-based projects, delivering professional-grade maps, geospatial databases, and interactive dashboards that support internal decision-making and investor-ready outputs.
Cartolytic is built around accuracy, transparency, and reproducibility—every result is documented with clear assumptions, sources, and methods—so clients can trust the analysis and scale it as their needs evolve.
