Work Terms

I am available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility to accommodate urgent tasks or weekend work upon request.

Clear and consistent communication is important to me. I’m reachable through Guru’s messaging system and respond to most messages within 24 hours or sooner. For active projects, I can provide regular updates and summaries of progress as needed.

All client information is handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism. I am happy to sign NDAs and follow any internal guidelines you provide for document handling or data protection.

I work on a flat-rate, per-task basis to provide transparent pricing and clear deliverables. For most projects, I recommend using Guru’s SafePay milestone system with 50% due upfront and 50% upon final delivery and approval. All payments must be secured in SafePay before work begins, unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
