Virtual Assistant | E-Commerce Virtual Assistant
In 2015, my journey as a work-at-home mom began. From a Data Analyst to a General Virtual Assistant and to an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant.
As a Data Analyst, my job was to annotate news editorials into video editorials for online circulation. The job taught me to be detail-oriented, I delivered quality work within the allotted time.
After that, I continued my journey as a General Virtual Assistant for an Intraoperative Monitoring Service company. Most of the tasks were administrative/clerical such as data entry, web research, PDF to Word conversion, file and email management, quality checking, database management, account management, and other related tasks.
I realized that I need to take my skills to the next level, thus, I enrolled in an E-Commerce training for VAs. Luckily, I got hired as an E-Commerce VA for Big Commerce mainly to do the product listing, catalog making, product image editing, and store customization.
Prior to working at home, I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for Intuit Quicken. My responsibility was to provide assistance to customer or software users through chat or phone.
My job is not just to provide the best quality work for the clients but also to commit myself in every task given. I am proactive, trustworthy, I have the passion for continuous learning, and I take pride in every job I do.
