I am an Accountant by professional with 3 years of experience in Customer Service and division marketing manager, working with App-co group, it's an international company based in Nairobi. I was trained at a large Call Center in India and served as Team Lead for 4 years.

I am able to deal with, e-mail, ticket and phone support, sales and marketing and also i will do everything I can to delight your customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
