After a degree in Psychology, Claudette spent her 7+ career years as a professional recruiter. She has a full cycle experience in staffing - resourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, negotiation and hiring. Claudette recruited for multiple clients, primarily, with customer service, administrative support, IT and sales staff requirements. Most recently, she supported and led a team of recruiters at Accenture & Sitel, both are part of Fortune 500 Companies and are well known as leading global business process outsourcing, where she & her team brought in thousands of new joiners from entry to mid level roles. She's very passionate in helping everyone she works with - from her business partners, clients, colleagues and, most especially, candidates. Currently, she's working part time as a virtual human resource recruiter in Edenlit, a consultancy organisation with emerging world changing technologies working for environmental & societal causes.
